화려하게 돌아온 서울아프리카페스티벌 (이하 서아페) 에서 활약할 홍보서포터즈

SAF 크루 를 모집합니다!

📍 모집인원: 6인

📍 모집기간: 2025년 6월 11일(수) ~ 2025년 6월 21일(토) 23:59 까지

최종 합격 통지: 2025년 6월 23일(월) 오후 7시 이후 개별 통보

OT 일자 및 장소: 2025년 6월 27일(금) 18:00 성동구 사회적경제지원센터 5층

* OT 참여는 필수이며, OT 참여가 어려우신 경우 활동이 불가능합니다

📍 활동기간: 2025년 7월 11일(금) ~ 2025년 9월 25일(목)

격주 목요일에 정기 미팅 진행 (요일은 OT에서 확정 예정)

📍 모집/활동분야: 홍보서포터즈로서 서아페 대외홍보 및 콘텐츠 제작 지원

• 영상 크리에이터 (4인): 서아페 콘텐츠 기획 및 제작 지원 (인스타 숏폼, 틱톡 콘텐츠)

• 카피라이터 (2인): 서아페 블로그글 작성 및 SNS 캡션 작성

  • (예 – 페스티벌 준비 과정 및 안내, 아티스트 인터뷰 취재 등)

• 서아페에 적극적으로 참여하고 싶으신 분

• 정해진 기간 동안 성실히 활동에 참여할 수 있는 분

• 배려와 소통의 자세로 협업하는 것을 좋아하시는 분

• SNS 등의 소통 채널에서 활발하게 활동 중/관심이 많으신 분

우대

• 홍보 기획 경험이 있으신 분

• 영어로 소통/번역 작업이 가능하신 분

🎥 [영상 크리에이터]

• (필수) 콘텐츠 기획 제작(숏폼, 영상) 경험

• (필수) 본인의 작업물이 담긴 포트폴리오를 지원서에 첨부해 주시기 바랍니다. (상세 내용은 아래 참조)

• (우대) 운영 중인 소셜미디어 채널 보유

• (우대) 프리미어 프로, 파이널컷 등 영상편집 툴 1개 이상 자유롭게 사용 가능

📝 [카피라이터]

We are looking for

SAF Crew

to shine at the Seoul Africa Festival (SAF)!

📍 Crew members : 6 people

📍 Application period: June 11 (Wed), 2025 ~ June 21 (Sat), 2025, by 23:59

Final acceptance notice: Individual announcement after 7 PM on June 23 (Mon), 2025

Orientation Date and Place: June 27 (Fri), 2025, 18:00 Seongdong-gu Social and Economic Support Center 5F (서울시 성동구 뚝섬로1길 2, 5층)

* Orientation Participation is mandatory, and If you cannot attend Orientation, you will not be able to participate in any further activities

📍 Activity period: June 27 (Fri), 2025 ~ September 25 (Thu), 2025

Regular meetings are held every other Thursday (Day of the week to be confirmed at Orientation)

📍 Activities: As PR Supporters, you will support Seoul Africa Festival’s external public relations and content creation.

• Video Creators (4 ppl) : Plan and support content creation for Seoul Africa Festival (Instagram short-form, TikTok content)

• Copywriters (2 ppl) : Write SAF blog posts and Social Media captions

  • (e.g., festival preparation process and announcements, artist interviews, etc.)

📍 We are looking for creative crew members who 👇

👥 Common Requirement

• Requirement

  • Understand the purpose of the Seoul Africa Festival

  • Are eager to actively participate in SAF activities

  • Can diligently participate in activities during the designated period

  • Enjoy working in a team environment with good communication and consideration

  • Actively engage with/are highly interested in social media channels for communication

• Recommended (Additional Points)

  • Have experience in promotional planning

  • Are able to speak both Korean and English and translate in both

🎥 [Video Creators]

• • (Required) Have experience in content planning and production (short-form, video)

  • (Required) Please attach a portfolio featuring examples of your work to your application. (See details below)

  • (Recommended) Operate a personal social media channel

  • (Recommended) Available to freely utilize at least one video editing program such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.

📝 [Copywriters]

• • (Required) Have experience in planning and writing blog contents

  • (Required) Have experience in blog channel operation/content publishing

  • (Required) Please attach a portfolio featuring examples of your work to your application. (See details below)

  • (Recommended) Have experience in Social Media channel operation

• Any Nationality, Age, Gender

• Residing in Korea is preferred

• [Video Creators] Strong skills in short-form video planning and creation; creativity

• [Copywriters] Strong writing skills; ability to plan and create blog-style content
